The first step to access support through the NDIS is to determine your eligibility, which you can do on the NDIS website. If you are eligible, then an application process must be completed, and once approved, you will have an NDIS plan created. I HAVE NDIS support
Once you have an approved NDIS plan, you can start arranging the services and supports you need put in place, as per your plan. For all your in-home care needs, Home Care Assistance South East Melbourne are here to help, and we will work in partnership with you to ensure that your NDIS funded support is in place appropriately and without delay. If a Support Co-ordinator is included in your NDIS plan, then we will also work with them to get your support and services in place immediately.
